• Cost:
  • WBACC MEMBERS = $50 + Raffle Prize
  • Non-Chamber Members = $100 + Raffle Prize
• What's Included: 
  • ​10' x 10' booth space
  • One (1) 8ft table and two (2) chairs
  • 2 Boxed lunches for reps working event ​
  • Business name listed in the Showcase Event Guide and on wbachamber.org
• ​Important Information:​
  • ​Due to logistical limitations, we are unable to provide electricity to individual booths.
  • Each vendor must bring a raffle prize ($50 value) to the event as a part of the registration fee. Raffle tickets will be sold at the event through the WBACC.
  • Vendors are encouraged to bring engaging displays, promotional materials, and giveaways! Make your booth the coolest booth at the show! Are you a fitness group? Bring some equipment! Are you in the business of beauty? Offer mini sessions! Why not set up a fun photo booth for those who visit you at the showcase! We encourage you to get creative and bring your booth to life!

TASTE OF THE SHOWCASE 
RETURNING IN 2026!

The Taste of the Showcase is back - bringing food, flavor, and foot traffic to the Business Showcase!

What is Taste of the Showcase? Taste of the Showcase is food sampling experience designed to highlight the best flavors our local restaurants and food vendors have to offer. Held in the West Cafeteria during the Business Showcase event, attendees will purchase a Tasting Punch Card for just $5, which allows them to sample delicious small bites form all participating vendors.

If you are a West Bend restaurant or food vendor, this is your chance to put your flavors in front of hundreds of local attendees in one lively, high-traffic space.

Why Participate in Taste of the Showcase?

• Location: West Cafeteria - conveniently located near the fieldhouse. This spacious area is equipped with the necessary facilities, including ample seating and electricity
• Tasting Punch Cards: Sold for $5 each; granting attendees small samples from all vendors.
• No Vendor Fee: A cost-effective way to market your business
• Exposure to hundreds of attendees and direct customer interaction

50% of all Tasting Ticket sales will be donated to the COLUMNS Scholarship Foundation, helping local students pursue their educational dreams!
